How do I choose a scent without smelling it first?
Each product page is designed to help you imagine the scent before it reaches your home.
Alongside the key notes, you’ll find a description of how the fragrance smells and the kind of atmosphere it creates, with references to spaces, light and textures.
If you’re deciding between two fragrances, get in touch and I’ll help you choose.
What makes your products different?
HAUTEASE treats fragrance as an invisible layer of the interior. Each collection has its own character, and each composition is chosen for the atmosphere it brings to a space.
The products are prepared in small batches, with close attention to the vessel, finish and presentation.
How strong are the scents?
Our scents are designed to define a space.
Some collections, like Monolith, are intentionally more intense and perfumistic, while others focus on balance and atmosphere. All are created to be present and noticeable.
How long do the candles last?
Burn time depends on size and usage, but all candles are designed for a slow, consistent burn.
In the description of each candle you can find an approximate burning time for each format.
How should I take care of the candle?
The first burn sets the structure of the candle.
Allow the wax to melt completely to the edges to prevent tunneling and ensure an even burn in future uses.
After the first burn:
Trim the wick before each use
Avoid short burns
Keep away from drafts
Let the wax fully melt before extinguishing
This ensures optimal performance and longevity.
What is the difference between your candle formats?
Smaller candles suit more intimate spaces, while larger formats with multiple wicks are suited to larger rooms. Choose according to the space, the fragrance character and the burn time indicated on each product page.
Where are your products made?
HAUTEASE is fully made in Spain, in small batches.
Each piece is developed and finished by hand, with a focus on intentional design, high-quality materials and refined scent compositions.
This approach allows us to maintain consistency, control over details and create products that feel thoughtful - not mass produced.
